Step Aerobics (choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular platform where the height can be adjusted by risers.)

Yoga (uses physical poses, Breathing Techniques, and Meditation to achieve better health, as well as spirituality)

Zumba (combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system.)

Zumba Tone (This program blends dance and body-sculpting technique exercises to sculpt your body by toning and increasing strength.)

Piloxing (blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates)

Reiki (is Natural Healing which heals by sending light energy into the energy field of the body and charging it with positive energy. It also raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the physical body where the negative thoughts and feelings are attached. This causes the negative energy to break apart and fall away.
