After the Reset, you are ready for the next step!

Maintain the weightloss thus far (Maintain phase) with replacing 1 meal per day with a shake (best for morning) and a healthy nutrition bar for a snack as well as 2 low glycemic meals of your choice and a low glycemic snack of your choice.

OR chose the Transform phase of 15 -20 lbs more of weight loss. Replace 2 meals per day with a yummy shake and a nutrition bar for snack. A healthy low glycemic meal of your choice as well as a low glycemic snack of your choice.
